For over a decade, we’ve proudly hosted a dedicated gluten-free lunch service on the last Saturday of each month 12noon – 1.30pm, ensuring a safe dining experience for those with gluten-related health issues. Our team is specially trained, having completed the Coeliac UK Catering Training Course, underscoring our commitment to serving safe and delicious gluten-free meals. This service is crucial because gluten-free food is essential for individuals with conditions such as coeliac disease, non-coeliac gluten sensitivity, and wheat allergies. Addressing these dietary needs is crucial, as untreated gluten-related disorders can lead to serious health problems such as malnutrition, osteoporosis, infertility, and even cancer

Coeliac disease affects approximately 1 in 100 people worldwide, yet many remain undiagnosed. In the UK alone, it’s estimated that nearly two-thirds of those with coeliac disease have not been medically diagnosed, potentially affecting 500,000 people nationwide, including over 30,000 in Scotland. We strive to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all, ensuring that our guests can enjoy their meals with confidence.
